As a Soul Mate, every game you play takes you one step closer to exclusive rewards, free sessions, and padel perks. Here’s how it all works.
WHAT ARE ALMAS?
Almas (Spanish for “souls”) are the points you collect just by playing. The more you play, the more Almas you earn and the more rewards come your way.
HOW TO EARN ALMAS
PLAY A GAME:
+10 Almas every time you check in for a booked court session (limit one scan per player per booking).
PROFILE COMPLETE:
+25 Almas when you fill in your detailed player profile.
BONUS STREAK
To encourage regular and consistent play, you’ll earn bonus Almas for keeping your padel streak going:
At least 4 scans in a month = +5 bonus Almas (added at the end of month 1)
At least 4 scans per month for 2 months = +10 bonus Almas (added at the end of month 2)
At least 4 scans per month for 3 months = +20 bonus Almas (added at the end of month 3)
Then your streak resets and starts again. This doesn’t need to follow calendar months, it can begin whenever your streak starts.
Just scan in for your game, and you’ll get free racket hire, every time.
Once you’ve earned 100 Almas, you can start redeeming them for padel rewards:

How to redeem: Once you hit the required amount, you’ll be able to request a reward directly through the app. We’ll take care of the rest, from crediting your Playtomic wallet to confirming by email.
