Soul Mates Loyalty Programme – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Soul Mates loyalty programme (“Programme”), brought to you by Soul Padel Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) explain how the Programme works, including how you earn and redeem points, and what you can expect as a Soul Mate.

By signing up to the Programme via the Soul Mates app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Join

  • The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  • To join, you’ll need to download the Soul Mates app, create an account, and verify it.
  • The Programme is available at participating Soul Padel locations.

2. How It Works

  • When you book and play padel at a participating site, you can earn points by scanning in with the app before your session.
  • Points (called Almas) can be used towards free play, and you’ll also progress through tiers that unlock additional rewards.

3. Free Racket Hire

  • Soul Mates can hire a racket for free every time they play, simply by scanning in with the app before the session.

4. Earning Points

  • Earn 10 Almas per padel session you play, provided it is booked through Playtomic and you scan in with the app before play.

  • Occasionally, you may have the chance to earn additional Almas through specific offers or promotions (e.g. surveys or referrals).

5. Redeeming Points

  • Almas can be redeemed towards free play at participating Soul Padel locations.
  • You must have the full amount of Almas required to redeem any reward. Partial redemptions are not available.
  • Once you redeem a reward through the app, our team will manually apply the relevant

6. Free Play for Life

  • Players who reach the highest tier unlock Free Play for Life, which provides up to two off-peak games per week at no cost.
  • This benefit is subject to appropriate usage monitoring, and we reserve the right to review usage to prevent abuse.

7. Expiry and Inactivity

  • Almas will expire 12 months after they’re earned if not used.
  • We may remove any unredeemed Almas if your account is inactive for six months or more.

8. Leaving the Programme

  • You can leave the Programme at any time by deleting your account within the Soul Mates app.
  • If you delete your account, you will forfeit any Almas you have earned and not redeemed, and your progress through the tiers will be lost.

9. Programme Changes

  • We may update the Programme structure, points system, or rewards at any time.
    Where possible, we’ll provide advance notice through the Soul Mates app or by email.

10. Responsible Use

  • The Programme is designed for individual, recreational players. Abuse of the system, including dishonest activity, account sharing, or the use of automated tools, may result in the loss of points or removal from the Programme.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations of free-play rewards may result in temporary suspension of reward eligibility.

11. Third-Party Offers

  • From time to time, we may include exclusive offers from trusted partners within the Soul Mates app.
  • These partners do not receive access to your personal data. All offers are handled securely within the platform.

12. Donating Your Points

  • You may choose to donate your Almas to support our “What’s That Racket?” initiative, helping introduce padel to local schools. Details are available in the app.

13. Data and Privacy

  • Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • We will use your data only to manage your account, track activity within the Programme, and provide relevant updates and offers.
