Soul Padel and Adecco have announced the expansion of their partnership, formalising a relationship that will support recruitment, talent development and future growth across the Soul Padel network.
The partnership builds on a successful working relationship that has already supported recruitment at Soul Padel’s Stockport and St Helens clubs. Following the recent opening of Soul Padel Braehead and with further venues planned in the coming months, Adecco will continue to support recruitment for new club openings while helping to develop talent across the business.
As part of the expanded agreement, Adecco becomes an official partner of Soul Padel. The partnership combines recruitment services, training and development initiatives, sponsorship rights, facilities usage and digital activation opportunities.
A key focus of the partnership is supporting career development and progression within Soul Padel, building on existing examples of team members progressing into Club Manager and other leadership roles as the business continues to grow.
Mark Hewlett, CEO and Founder of Soul Padel, said:
“We’ve already seen the impact Adecco can make through their support at Stockport and St Helens, so expanding the partnership was a natural next step.
We’re at an important inflection point as a business. We have a strong pipeline of new clubs and an increasingly ambitious rollout programme, which means building great teams quickly and consistently is more important than ever. Having a partner we trust to help us attract, train and develop the right people is essential to the success of that growth.
At Soul Padel, our mission is to welcome more people to the court. That starts with the people who represent our brand every day, creating brilliant experiences and helping communities meet, play and connect. We’re excited to be working with Adecco as we continue that journey together.”
Niki Turner-Harding, Senior Vice President & Country Head, Adecco UK & Ireland, said:
“Soul Padel is growing quickly, but what makes this partnership so exciting is the focus on people behind that growth. We’re proud to support Soul Padel as they build brilliant teams, open new clubs and create career opportunities across their network.
For Adecco, this is about more than recruitment. It’s about helping a fast-growing business attract, develop and retain the people who will shape its future, while supporting a brand that is encouraging more people to get active, connect with others and make fitness, wellbeing and work-life balance part of everyday life”.
The partnership will also see Adecco support the Soul Mates loyalty programme, which now has more than 10,000 registered users, through targeted rewards and programme communications.
The expanded partnership provides a platform for both organisations to grow together while investing in the people who will help shape the next chapter of Soul Padel’s development.
