Soul Padel has secured planning permission to build a state-of-the-art padel facility in Stockport, marking a significant step in the company’s rapid expansion across the UK.

Long-term vision: With its first site open in the north west of England, Soul Padel is aiming to offer an affordable and community-driven option for players across the country.

Soul Padel hosted a special event on Tuesday 12 November to introduce local primary schools to the exciting and fast-growing sport of padel.

Soul Padel and Bolton School are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership to bring a top-tier padel facility to Bolton.

The new facility is said to be a “major milestone”. A first of its kind is coming to Merseyside as Soul Padel prepares to launch courts in St Helens.

Soul Padel has announced an exciting partnership with Applied Nutrition, the UK’s largest listed sports nutrition specialist. The partnership follows Applied Nutrition’s recent IPO success.

Soul Padel will open a permanent, four-court padel facility in Stockport. Located adjacent to a store operated by sports goods retailer Decathlon, the courts are set to open in early Spring 2025.

After the huge success of Soul Padel’s temporary Stockport courts, which experienced overwhelming demand and consistent bookings, the company is excited to announce its new permanent four-court padel facility adjacent to leading sports goods retailer Decathlon.

Mark Hewlett is the Co-Founder of Soul Padel. Mark has a background from food retail and has worked for Lidl in the UK for many years. In 2023 he decided to start Soul Padel, after seeing its potential as a sport on the rise.
