COMPETITIVE
PADEL
READY TO PUT YOUR GAME TO THE TEST
Competition is a big part of playing at Soul Padel, with opportunities to compete regularly at your club, represent it against other players and take part in larger tournaments.
You don’t need to be an elite player to compete. With different formats and levels of competition, there’s plenty to challenge your game and give you something to play for.
Americanos
It’s game on. Every point counts.
An Americano is an individual competition played in doubles. You’ll rotate partners and opponents throughout the session, earning points personally with every game you play.
Your points stay with you as you move between partners, building towards an individual leaderboard at the end of the competition. So while you’re always playing doubles, ultimately you’re competing for your own position.
It’s fast-paced, competitive and a brilliant way to test your game against a mix of players.
Regular matchplay. Real competition.
Soul Circuit is our own competitive league, designed to give amateur players regular, meaningful matchplay against others at a similar level.
Players compete across four divisions, with Playtomic level and reliability used to help place new players in the right competition. Matches are played over the course of a season, giving you the chance to test yourself consistently rather than in a one-off event.
Don’t have a partner? You can still register. Where possible, we’ll help pair individual players based on level, playing style and compatibility.
Soul Circuit runs at individual Soul Padel clubs and drops in seasons throughout the year, so keep an eye on your club and our social channels for the next registration window.
CLUB AGAINST CLUB
Soul 2 Soul brings players from across Soul Padel together for inter-club competition, giving you the chance to represent your club and take on players from elsewhere in our network.
It’s another step up for players who enjoy competitive matchplay, bringing club pride and a different set of opponents into the mix.
Take your game to the tournament stage
The Stockport Open is Soul Padel’s flagship amateur tournament, created to give competitive club players a high-quality tournament experience.
For 2026, the tournament featured men’s and women’s competitions, with players competing in a group stage before progressing into Cup or Bowl knockout competitions. Every pair was guaranteed at least three matches, with a £10,000 prize fund and selected matches live-streamed. The competition was open to pairs with a combined Playtomic rating of 3.5–7.5.
It’s a chance for club players to experience the buzz and intensity of a bigger tournament while competing against players at an appropriate level.
Is competitive padel for me?

What’s available varies by club, so keep an eye on your local programme and our social channels for the latest opportunities to compete.
